  • Reclassified PCS-1390 in April 1943
  • Launched 13 September 1943
  • Commissioned PCS-1390, 3 February 1944
  • Damaged by accidental U.S. Naval gunfire 6 April 1945 off Okinawa at 26° 00' N., 128° 00' E
  • Reclassified as a Control Submarine Chaser, PCSC-1390, 20 August 1945
  • Decommissioned 11 December 1945
  • Struck from the Naval Register 3 January 1946
  • Transferred to the War Shipping Administration in June 1948
  • Acquired in 1957 by Marlin, Inc. of Reedville, VA and named Marlin
  • Acquired in 1970 by Haynie Products, Inc. of Reedville
  • Acquired in 1974 by the Zapata Haynie Corp. of Reedville
  • Out of documentation in 1976
  • Fate unknown.
