  • Laid down 11 February 1943 as PC-1414 by the Stadium Yacht Basin, Cleveland, OH
  • Reclassified PCS-1414 in April 1943
  • Launched 14 September 1943
  • Commissioned 25 November 1943 under the command of LTJG Frank E. Dean, USNR
  • Decommissoned 1 January 1946
  • Struck from the Naval Register 3 January 1946
  • Transferred to the War Shipping Administration in December 1947 for disposal
  • Acquired in 1948 by Leroy C. Paslay, of the Jack Tar Court Hotel, Galveston, TX and named Pan-Am
  • Acquired in 1950 by the Pan-Am Exploration Co., Inc. of Galveston
  • Acquuired in 1954 by the Gulf Oil Corp. of Philadelphia, PA
  • Acquired in 1957 by the Marine Seismic Surveys of Dallas, TX
  • Operated in 1959 under the Federal Republic of Germany's flag
  • Fate unknown.
