  • Laid down 12 September 1962 as PF-104 by Levingston Shipbuilding, Orange, TX
  • Launched 10 October 1963
  • Transferred to Iran as Naghdi (F 26) in July 1964
  • Reclassified FS-82
  • Fate unknown.
