PGM-107


PGM-107 was built for Thailand

PGM-71 Class Motor Gunboat:

  • Built as PGM-107 by Peterson Builders, Sturgeon Bay, WI
  • Launched 13 April 1967
  • Delivered 28 August 1967, transferred to Thailand and reclassified HMTS T-13
  • Decommissioned 19 October 2011
  • Sunk 22 March 2014 as a dive attraction 4km across the Andaman Sea, just off the beach from Bang Niang near Khao Lak.

    Specifications:

  • Displacement 130 t.
  • Length 101'
  • Beam 21.2'
  • Draft 8'
  • Speed 18.5 kts.
  • Complement 30
  • Armament: One 40mm mount, one twin 20mm mount and two .50 cal. machine guns
  • Propulsion: Eight 265bhp Detroit Diesel 6-71 diesel engines, two shafts.
