SC-1 Class Submarine Chaser: Built by the Electric Boat Co., Elco Works, Bayonne, NJ; Commissioned 9 November 1917; Sold 20 July 1921 to Henry A. Hitner Sons Co. of Philadelphia, PA. Fate unknown.

Specifications: Displacement 99 t; Length 110'; Beam 13' 6"; Draft 6' 3"; Speed 21 kts.; Complement 17; Armament one 3"/23 mount, two .30 cal. machine guns, and one depth charge projectile (Y-gun); Propulsion three Hall Scott gasoline engines, three shafts.
