  • Launched 14 September 1917
  • Commissioned 22 April 1918
  • Conducted trial runs 8, 11 and 14 May 1918
  • Entered Dry Dock No. 1, 29 May - 3 June 1918
  • Entered Dry Dock No. 2, 5 - 10 June 1918
  • Departed Mare Island 11 June 1918
  • Foundered and sank 11 June 1920 off the Pacific coast of Mexico at 15 45' N., 35 34' W., no casualties.
