  • Conducted additional trial run 4 June 1918
  • Departed Mare Island 7 June 1918 for duty in Samoa
  • Decommissioned 28 August 1919 at Coco Solo, Canal Zone
  • Sold 13 March 1922 to the Colon Import and Export Co., Ltd., Colon, Republic of Panama
  • Fate unknown.
