  • Commissioned 16 February 1918
  • Grounded in a hurricane 19 September 1919 at Key West, FL
  • Machinery and fittings salvaged
  • Hull sold 25 January 1921 to George I. Knowles of Key West
  • Fate unknown.

  • Draft (fl) 5' 8"
  • Speed 18 kts.
  • Complement 27
  • Armament: One 3"/23 gun mount, two .30 cal. machine guns, and one depth charge projector "Y Gun"
