  • Launched 1 April 1942
  • Delivered 29 June 1942 and commissioned USS USS PC-511
  • Reclassified SC-511 in April 1943
  • Transferred to the Coast Guard 18 August 1945
  • Commissioned USCGC Air Cardinal (WAVR 413), 11 October 1945
  • Struck from the Naval Register 28 November 1945
  • Sold 27 January 1948
  • Fate unknown.

  • Armament: One 40mm gun mount, two .50 cal. machine guns, two depth charge projector "Y Gun," and two depth charge tracks
