  • Commissioned USS PC-630, 6 August 1942
  • Reclassified SC-630 in April 1943
  • Reclassified as a Control Submarine Chaser, SCC-630, 20 August 1945
  • Transferred to Maritime Commission 9 March 1948
  • Fate unknown.
