  • Laid down 21 November 1941 by the Peterson Boat Works, Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin
  • Launched 10 June 1942
  • Commissioned USS PC-643, 18 August 1942
  • Reclassified SC-643 in April 1943
  • Transferred to the Soviet Union 17 August 1945 and reclassified BO-322
  • Struck from the Navy Register 1 January 1983
  • Fate unknown.
