  • Laid down 13 November 1941 by the Hiltebrant Dry Dock Co., Kingston, NY
  • Launched 19 March 1942
  • Commissioned USS PC-675, 11 September 1942
  • Reclassified SC-675 in April 1943
  • Transferred to the Soviet Union 10 June 1945 and reclassified BO-314
  • Fate unknown.
