  • Laid down 11 March 1942 by Dooley's Basin and Drydock Co., Fort Lauderdale, FL
  • Launched 7 September 1942
  • Delivered 7 November 1942
  • Commissioned USS PC-710, 11 November 1942
  • Reclassified SC-710 in April 1943
  • Transferred to the Coast Guard 23 August 1945
  • Commissioned USCGC Air Ibis (WAVR 430), 11 October 1945
  • Struck from the Naval Register 28 November 1945
  • Acquired in 1957 by the Gravity Motor Exploration Co. of Morgan City, LA as Air Ibis
  • Operated in 1958 under the Venezuelan flag
  • Fate unknown.

  • Draft 6' 6"

  • Armament: One 40mm gun mount, two .50 cal. machine guns, two depth charge projector "Y Guns," and two depth charge tracks
