  • Commissioned USS PC-713, 29 October 1942
  • Reclassified SC-713 in April 1943
  • Transferred to the Soviet Union 4 June 1945 and reclassified BO-313
  • Assigned to the Pacific Fleet 17 June 1945
  • Placed out of service 15 April 1955 and laid up in reserve
  • Scrapped 7 October 1955.
