  • Laid down 20 April 1942 by the Al Larson Boat Shop, Inc., Terminal Island, CA
  • Launched 29 August 1942
  • Commissioned PC-735, 12 March 1943
  • Reclassified SC-735 in April 1943
  • Struck from the Naval Register 26 February 1946
  • Transferred to the Republic of China 30 June 1948
  • Fate unknown.
