  • Laid down 1 April 1942 by the Quincy Adams Yacht Yard, Inc., Quincy, MA
  • Launched 8 July 1942
  • Commissioned PC-746, 22 August 1942
  • Reclassified SC-746 in April 1943
  • Struck from the Naval Register 20 March 1946
  • Transferred to the State Department, Foreign Liquidation Commission 30 April 1948
  • Fate unknown.
