  • Launched 7 September 1942
  • Reclassified SC-1006 in April 1943
  • Commissioned 3 May 1943
  • Struck from the Naval Register 3 January 1946
  • Transferred to the Maritime Commission 3 March 1948
  • Fate unknown.
