  • Laid down 14 April 1942 by the Luders Marine Construction Co., Stamford, CT
  • Launched 21 November 1942
  • Commissioned USS PC-1018, 22 January 1943
  • Reclassified SC-1018 in April 1943
  • Reclassified as a Command Submarine Chaser, SCC-1018, 20 August 1945
  • Transferred to the Foreign Liquidation Commission 28 January 1947
  • Fate unknown.
