  • Launched 23 December 1942
  • Reclassified SC-1020 in April 1943
  • Commissioned 20 May 1943
  • Reclassified as a Command Submarine Chaser, SCC-1020, 20 August 1945
  • Struck from the Naval Register 28 March 1946
  • Transferred to the Maritime Commission 20 January 1948
  • Fate unknown.
