  • Laid down 14 April 1942 by the Rice Brothers, Rockport, TX
  • Launched 28 July 1942
  • Commissioned PC-1040, 29 October 1942
  • Reclassified SC-1040 in April 1943
  • Visited Auckland, New Zealand between 9 - 20 November 1944
  • Struck from the Naval Register 19 December 1945
  • Transferred to the Maritime Commission 9 February 1948
  • Fate unknown.
