  • Launched 12 December 1942
  • Reclassified SC-1048 and commissioned 9 April 1943
  • Visited Aukland, New Zealand between 19 - 30 November 1944
  • Struck from the Naval Register 3 January 1946
  • Transferred to the Maritime Commission 10 November 1946
  • Fate unknown.
