  • Laid down 9 July 1942 as PC-1064 by the Victory Shipbuilding Corp., Newport Beach, CA
  • Launched 16 January 1943
  • Reclassified SC-1064 in April 1943
  • Commissioned USS SC-1064, 4 May 1943
  • Transferred to the Coast Guard 30 October 1945 and commissioned USCGC Air Skylark (WAVR 464)
  • Sold 23 July 1947
  • Fate unknown.
