  • Laid down 7 September 1942 as PC-1301 by Perkins and Vaughan, Inc., Wickford, RI
  • Reclassified SC-1301 in April 1943
  • Launched 15 May 1943
  • Commissioned USS SC-1301, 3 August 1943
  • Struck from the Naval Register 25 February 1946
  • Transferred 16 August 1947 to the State Department, Foreign Liquidation Commission
  • Fate unknown.
