  • Laid down 7 September 1942 as PC-1310 by the Annapolis Yacht Yard, Inc., Annapolis, MD
  • Launched 28 February 1943
  • Reclassified SC-1310 in April 1943
  • Commissioned 22 May 1943 and assigned to the Caribbean Sea Frontier
  • Struck from the Naval Register 7 February 1946
  • Transferred to the Maritime Commission 24 September 1946
  • Registered in 1948 to E. O. Gaines of Elizabethtown, IL as the towboat Hazel G
  • Fate unknown.
