  • Laid down 11 August 1942 as PC-1315 by Julius Petersen, Nyack, NY
  • Launched 3 March 1943 and sponsored by Mrs. Anna Knudson
  • Reclassified SC-1315 in April 1943
  • Commissioned 9 June 1943
  • Reclassied as a Control Submarine Chaser, SCC-1315, 20 August 1945
  • Transferred to the Maritime Commission 1 March 1948
  • Fate unknown.
