Reclassified as a Control Submarine Chaser, SCC-1316, 20 August 1945

Struck from the Naval Register 20 March 1946

Transferred to the Army 11 December 1946

Sold, converted to a fishing vessel and named Helen E

Beached on the North Spit 5 March 1951, north of the entrance to Coos Bay, OR

Set on fire after attempts to salvage her failed.
