  • Commissioned 30 June 1943
  • Sank 9 October 1945 at Okinawa during Typhoon Louise
  • Refloated 15 October 1945
  • Decommissioned 10 December 1945
  • Struck from the Naval Register 20 March 1946
  • Transferred to the Maritime Commission 10 September 1946
  • Acquired in 1947 by Virginia L. Anderson of Juneau, AK for use as a freighter and named Maurine Greer
  • Acquired in 1949 by the Seldovia Bay Packing Co. of Seattle, WA
  • Acquired in 1958 by Whitney and Co. of Seattle
  • Acquired in 1963 by Murray Suthergreen of Seattle for use as a fishing boat
  • Acquired in 1967 by Albert Torsen of Seattle
  • Out of documentation in 1989
  • Fate unknown.
