  • Reclassified USS SC-1348 in April 1943
  • Launched 12 August 1943
  • Commissioned USS SC-1348, 1 October 1943
  • Transferred to the Coast Guard 30 October 1945
  • Commissioned USCGC Air Teal (WAVR 473), 31 October 1945
  • Sold 1 August 1948
  • Fate unknown.
