  • Laid down 27 April 1943 as PC-1350 by the Fisher Boat Works, Inc., Detroit, MI
  • reclassified SC-1350 in April 1943
  • Launched 6 October 1943
  • Commissioned USS SC-1350, 12 November 1943
  • Reclassified as a Control Submarine Chaser, SCC-1350, 20 August 1945
  • Struck from the Naval Register 26 February 1946
  • Transferred to the Foreign Liquidation Commission 14 January 1947
  • Fate unknown.
