  • Laid down 29 December 1942 as PC-1375 by Fellows and Stewart, Inc., Wilmington, CA
  • Reclassified SC-1375 in April 1943
  • Launched 31 July 1943, sponsored by Mrs. Ralph Durham
  • Commissioned 25 November 1943
  • Struck from the Naval Register 8 January 1946
  • Disposed of 20 January 1948.
