  • Laid down 5 August 1943 by the Daytona Beach Boat Works, Inc., Daytona Beach, FL
  • Launched 15 January 1944
  • Commissioned USS SC-1486, 22 July 1944
  • Transferred to the Soviet Union 22 August 1944 and reclassified BO-235
  • Placed in service in September 1944
  • Assigned to the Northern Fleet 30 January 1945
  • Placed out of service 16 July 1946 and laid up
  • Scuttled 25 June 1956 in the Barents Sea off Kildinsky Reach under American supervision.

  • Propulsion: Two 880bhp General Motors 8-268A diesel engines, Snow and Knobstedt single reduction gear, two shafts.
