  • Acquired by the Navy 1 May 1917
  • Commissioned USS Patrol No. 7 (SP 31), 19 May 1917
  • Sank 14 June 1919 while in tow of USS SC-241 and tied up to the USS Yo Ho (SP 463) between Scituate, MA and Minot's Ledge, about 15 miles southeast of Boston light vessel
  • Struck from the Navy Register 24 April 1919
  • Raised 21 July 1919
  • Sold 11 October 1919
  • Fate unknown.
