Motorboat:

  • Built in 1916 by Britt Brothers, Lynn, MA
  • Commissioned 4 May 1917
  • Delivered to the Navy 25 May 1917
  • Wrecked in a hurricane 11 September 1919 at North Beach Basin, Key West, FL
  • Struck from the Naval list 4 October 1919.

  • Length 40'
  • Beam 9'
  • Draft 2' 3"
  • Speed 25 kts.
  • Armament: One machine gun
  • Propulsion: One 135hp 6-cylinder Sterling gasoline engine, one shaft.
