  • Acquired by the Navy 13 December 1917 from H. O. Whitney
  • Commissioned USS Margaret O (SP 614), 20 September 1917
  • Renamed SP-614 in April 1918
  • Returned to her owner 24 April 1919
  • Fate unknown.
