Motorboat;

  • Built in 1902 at Taunton, MA
  • Acquired by the Navy in 1917
  • Commissioned USS Estelle (SP 747)
  • Little information is available regarding Estelle's naval career. Apparently she saw service as a section patrol boat somewhere along the coast of the United States for the rest of World War I
  • Renamed SP-747 in 1918
  • Transferred 23 June 1919 to the Culver Naval School, Culver, Indiana
  • Struck from the Navy list in 1933
  • Fate unknown.

  • Beam 9' 6"
  • Draft 3' 10"
  • Speed 9.5 kts.
  • Complement: Seven
  • Propulsion: One 45hp gasoline engine, one shaft.
