Motorboat:

  • The second Elizabeth was built by the Gulf Fisheries Company, Galveston, TX
  • Acquired by the Navy in October 1917 from her owner, W.L. Moody, Jr., of Galveston
  • Commissioned USS Elizabeth (SP 1092), 2 November 1917
  • Wrecked 15 November 1918 at the mouth of the Brazos River, near Freeport, TX and struck from the Navy list.
