  • Commissioned USS Munsomo (ID 1607), 26 July 1918 at Baltimore, MD
  • Delivered to the Navy 28 July 1918
  • Decommissioned 4 February 1919 and returned to her owners
  • Sold to Italy in 1938 and renamed Capo Orso
  • Sunk 16 February 1943 by British aircraft of the west coast of Sicily.
