Clifton (ID 2080)

Motorboat: Built in 1915 as M. B. Clifton by L. Johnson of Crittenden, VA; Acquired by the Navy in August 1917 from the Commonwealth of Virginia's Fish Commission. Commissioned USS Clifton (ID 2080), 6 August 1917. She probably served in Virginia waters for most of World War I, and was returned to her owners 22 October 1918. Fate unknown.

Specifications: Displacement 22 t.; Length 55'; Beam unknown; Draft unknown; Speed unknown; Complement unknown; Armament unknown.
