Herreshoff No. 322 (SP 2373)
Herreshoff No. 322 served both the U. S. Navy and the City of New York.
Motorboat: Built in 1917 by the Herreshoff Manufacturing Co., Bristol, RI; Acquired by the Navy 22 March 1918; Commissioned 2 April 1918; Laid up 28 August 1919 at Marine Basin, NY; Loaned to the City of New York 9 March 1920; Returned to Navy custody 19 November 1920; Sold 18 July 1921.
Specifications: Displacement 40 t.; Length 83' 4"; Beam 12' 8"; Draft 3'; Speed 26 kts.; Complement unknown; Armament one 3-pounder and one 1-pounder.
