  • Acquired by the Navy 27 February 1918 and placed in service the same day as USS Floyd Hurst (SP 2384)
  • Renamed Guard (the third vessel to be so named) and reclassified YP-2384, 7 January 1921
  • Struck from the Navy list 3 August 1921
  • Sold 5 August 1921
  • Fate unknown.
