  • Built in 1913 by Irvine's Shipbuilding and Drydock Co., Ltd., West Hartlepool, England
  • Acquired by the Navy 21 March 1918
  • Commissioned USS Westerdijk (ID 2514), 27 March 1918
  • Decommissioned 25 September 1919 at Rotterdam, Holland, struck from the Navy list, returned to her owners, the Holland Amerika Lijn, and renamed Eschersheim
  • Fate unknown.

  • Armament: One 5"/51 and one 4"/40 mount
