Freight Lighter: Built in 1901 at Athens, NY; Acquired by the Navy 15 September 1918 from the Warner Sugar Refining Company of Englewood, NJ and placed in service shortly thereafter as Commerce (ID 2763); Renamed Freight Lighter No. 123; Reclassified as YF-123, 17 July 1920; Struck from the Navy list 15 July 1922; Sold 24 March 1923. Fate unknown.

Specifications: Displacement 350 t.; Length 85' 1"; Beam 26' 10"; Draft 8'; Speed 9 kts.; Complement four; Armament none.
