  • Acquired by the Navy 12 July 1918
  • Commissioned USS West Wood (ID 2812), 14 July 1918 at New York
  • Decommissioned 26 June 1919 at New York, struck from the Navy list and returned to the United States Shipping Board
  • Scrapped in 1933 at Baltimore, MD.
