  • Acquired by the Navy 6 June 1918
  • Commissioned Herreshoff No. 323 (SP 2840), 15 June 1918
  • Reclassified as District Patrol Craft YP-2840 in 1920
  • Sold 3 May 1927
  • Renamed Wydability in the 1930s
  • Fate unknown.

    Specifications:

  • Displacement 65 t.
  • Length 112' 9"
  • Beam 15' 2"
  • Draft 3' 9½"
  • Speed 24 kts.
  • Complement 26
  • Armament: One 6-pounder, one Y-gun depth charge projector and two machine guns
  • Propulsion: Two Herreshoff boilers, two 600hp verticle triple-expansion steam engines, two shafts.
