  • Acquired in 1918 from Walcott Coal and Transport Co. of Philadelphia, PA
  • Placed in service as Success (ID 2912)
  • Renamed Freight Lighter No. 97
  • Designated YF-97 in 1920
  • Sold 16 January 1920
  • Registered in 1927 to Wyle Lighterage Corp. of New York, NY as the freighter Success which operated well into the late 1940's
  • Fate unknown.

    Specifications:

  • Displacement 30 t.
    1933 - 21 t.
  • Length 64'
    1927 - 59'
  • Beam 16'
  • Draft 5.2'
  • Complement: Two
  • One 100hp steam engine, one shaft.
