  • Delivered in October 1918
  • Assigned registry number ID-3105
  • Congaree was never commissioned and remained with the USSB
  • Scrapped in 1924.

  • Displacement 3,500 t.
  • Propulsion: One reciprocation steam engine, one shaft.
