  • Built in 1916 by G. T. Taylor Marine Railway, Norfolk, VA
  • Acquired by the Navy 3 October 1918
  • Commissioned 5 October 1918
  • Decommissioned and struck from the Navy Register 21 May 1919 at Norfolk and transferred to the Coast and Geodetic Survey
  • Fate unknown.
