  • Launched 8 June 1918
  • Acquired by the Navy 10 August 1918 and commissioned the same day at Montreal, Canada
  • Decommissioned 1 April 1919 and returned to the United States Shipping Board
  • Sold for scrap in 1926 to the Ford Motor Co. of River Rouge, MI.
