  • Acquired by the Navy 15 October 1918 and commissioned at Puget Sound Navy Yard, Bremerton, WA the same day
  • Decommissioned 17 April 1919 at Boston, MA, struck from the Navy Register and returned to the United States Shipping Board
  • Abandoned in late 1933.
