  • Acquired by the Navy 23 December 1918 and commissioned USS West Zeda (ID 3801) the same day at Puget Sound Navy Yard, Bremerton, WA
  • Decommissioned 26 May 1919 at New York and struck from the Navy list
  • Returned to the United States Shipping Board 27 May 1919
  • Torpedoed and sunk 22 February 1942 near British Guiana by the German submarine U-129 at 09° 13' N., 59° 04' W.
